This album finds their roots and then digs in!!! Creating familiar trenches that are all at the same time fresh and new… This is their best album in a very long time in my opinion I catch myself head banging uncontrollably and not caring who’s looking!!! “IF DARKNESS HAD A SON, HERE I AM!!!!!” I just cranked up my amp and learned to play the song and it’s been years since I’ve heard something that when I listened to it I had to drop everything and grab my guitar. I am left feeling inspired by the machine gun rifts of a Metallica that I fell in love with as a child jumping on my bed wearing out the tape cassette to ride the lightning! Well done guys, well done!!!!
