This movie is a origin story for Val Kilmer's Ice Man character from the movie Top Gun. Although he is not in it and Michael Shannon is cast as the character. It is very well done. Apparently the Ice man was a hit man for the mob before he joined the Navy and became a jet pilot. I did not realize this. It's a very interesting twist and I believe it works well and is very plausible.

This was a good movie I thought. I purposely watched it without reading the reviews. After watching I figured they would be good. I was surprised they weren't. I would recommend this movie. Nothing fancy but I can honestly say I enjoyed it.

I was pleasantly surprised. I think this movie was great. Think it should have rated higher on the ol tomater meter.

This is a good show. Especially if you like the time period and history etc. If you like Peaky Blinders you will like this. If you like this you will like Peaky Blinders. Both great shows in the same era in history in my opinion.
