If you're a big fan of Halo, you will be disappointed. If you just watch it as is, then it's a mediocre sci-fi movie. Bad acting, bad writing, cheesy plotline that is not at all in line with what the Halo characters are really like in Halo lore. I don't know why they felt the need to make Master Chief have an existential crisis as if his mission to save humanity against the covenant wasn't epic enough... Fight scenes were cheesy and make the covenant Elites look incompetent rather than the convenants mightiest warriors. Overall another disappointment for true Halo fans.
