It's a shame will never get to see this story on the big screen as it was intented by Tom and Ian; But the silver lining is that the story is expanded here to It's full extent and what a story it is. It's doctor who meets the devil, what an idea, its like alice in wonderland meets Dante's inferno with the humor of hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy and the cosmic scale that doctor who is known for. It's writing is by Goss assisted by the watchful Baker updated story it is superb , full of moments of terror, joy and amazement of how bonkers it all is. The characters faithful to the series, Tom is great as always You'll never know what hit you, a must for any who fan.
