JAK Frost

I recently got Sonic Colors Ultimate and have experienced the game crashing twice while being on the first act of Starlight Carnival. Has anyone else experience this same problem or has anyone notice how long it takes to load a new act in an area? Overall it's been nostalgic because I loved the original Sonic Colors. Not a fan of the new music for the acts compared to the original and do not care for the customization. I feel like that was not needed. At the end of the day, it's definitely a fun sonic game to play through for new and old fans of the series
