There are so many hackers in the game because there is no anti-cheat and that is a pretty big issue. Secondly, the support team and the bots that “help”you if you have any issues are worth not playing the game alone. I have wasted 6+ years into this game before my account got hacked and every single game. I provided all my emails and proof that I lost ownership of my account, including my bank account and all my personal information was leaked. And sadly being so invested in this game for years, I try to put in a request because all of my game progresses were reset or ban and the bots on Support took over three weeks just to say it looks like someone gained access to your account and used a third-party cheat and closed my ticket and said I can’t open another one. It’s very sad that I’ve sunk six years into this game and I sent over 20 to 30 messages with proof that I lost my account access and every game was willing to work with me with Customer Service except for the bots on the sea of thieves Customer Service that just completely ignore your message and just blatantly say here’s the issue. Good luck. If I could take back all six years of playing this game, knowing that at any point in time, you have an issue with your account and you won’t get helped I definitely wouldn’t have never played this game
