There was a super song-and-dance number in the middle. Other than that, what on earth are those rave reivews about/ I DON'T CARE who did voice overs, or what famous actors were doing whatever. What was the plot? What age group was this supposed to be for? What was the point? The imaginary friends were, quite rankly, mostly terrifying. And as for having a twelve-year old girl's 'imaginary friiend' as an ault man masquerading as a clown - well that's just pure Stephen King weird. This is in no way a kid's film. This is a super-indulgent film made by an adult for adults. The two 14 years olds in the seats next to me spent the whole movie asking one another what was going on/ My seven-year old grandaughter was bored and I ask myself why it was that the two main male characters looked, sounded and acted like clones of one another so that I spent the first half of the thinking they were the same person. Oh, com on - is the whole of Hollywood staffed only by male actors who are white, dark-haired, skinny and slightly beardy?
