Anthem BC is a total racket! No help when you call. Especially if you’ve got an actual medical issue. Their customer support takes many clicks to get a human. Submitting claims requiring “fed tax ID # of all doctors” on each claim. What the heck are we paying for? Costing me $1100 month plus their ridiculous co pays, plus deductibles. $9100 in network $18k out of network. Why doesn’t Anyhem have these numbers? Yon hope we don’t turn in claims for reimbursement. Unfortunately, I have lost my speech with brain cancer and they are completely useless. Call center, good luck trying to understand them over the phone. I’ve asked for an advocate, apparently a foreign request. Charging me $550 for my 28 day supply when pharmacy will sell it $140 cash. Unbelievable! Still not fulfilling the total needed. Very disappointed in this insurance. Especially when you’ve been paying for those not wanting to work or contribute to society. Thanks for nothing Anthem. I would not recommend any company even consider this unethical insurance.
