I thought Nught Manager was marvelous. I usually get lost in spy movies. As others have said I was on the edge if my seat. The locations were so elegant. The clothes Jed wears are amazing. The men also had beautiful suits.Then Hugh Laurie was brilliant as Dickie Roper. The family dinners looked so fun yet they were so deadly. I couldn't stop watching him. All the actors did an amazing job.

I did read the Elizabeth George books. I just ran across the TV series. I love Nathaniel Parker and Sharon Small. They are the perfect as Lynley and Havers.
The settings in the English countryside are so beautiful.
The whole show is put together so wonderfully.
