The baddest vocal album I have ever heard in my life with the possible exception of Sarah Vaughan w Clifford Brown and Gil Scott-Heron SPIRITS. One track is beautifully embellished by Lambert Hendricks & Ross. The Basie Band at its swingingest best. And I'm a avant garde guy. But great is great.
