Holocaust film about a healthy, well off family, (lost in a nazi haze where everyone is clueless to the world next door) The setting has a Death Camp literally on the other side of their back yard fence.
Nowhere to be Scene.
But listen! Sound is key to the presence of death and pain. It also makes the scenes in nature so disarming and lifts us away from the hell we hear so often.
Birds tweeting, grass hoppers, crickets....
Screams. Gunshots. Crying. PAIN.
Well done. I hope we learn never to normalize HATE ever again and systematically kill one another.
The gun shots and death screams are enough for the point to get across.
Horror. DRAMA. ⚠️ warning to all, wake up!!! (When it's easier to sleep, wake the fuck up)
Is it happening in Palestine?
Kids screaming. Death. Sounds of horror.
The advertising of hate is everywhere.
Peace needs the same platforms. And needs to be experienced everywhere hate has become a way of life.
