So I went into this thinking that it would be a supernatural thriller. That's mainly what made me take a star away. But that's more of the streaming service's fault for using a vague description. It sets things up as if it has supernatural elements, only to stifle your hopes in the third act.
However, after a second viewing, I think it was a good slow-burning suspense. The kid actors were fantastic, and it kept you guessing what would happen next.
As long as you know this is not a ghost movie, it's great.

Long story short, this is a great story on why you should never prank a cult survivor with severe trauma and psychosis. Believe it or not, when you hide her meds, things start to go downhill real fast
