I just watched the case where a man kissed a woman goodbye and got slapped by the woman wearing a ring. The ring cut his face and he is now scarred for life. The ruling? The man committed a simple assault and his claim was denied. So she couldn't back away as he went to kiss her, or use a reasonable amount of force to defend herself? He should of went to a different court!
