Joe and his team are extremely professional and also have a teaching spirit. They go over small, moderate and large defects ( if there are any) of the house as well helping buyers understand continuing maintenance such as trimming trees to extend the life of your roof, servicing furnaces etc. they really teach the buyer about how a home works. They also pre-inspections for sellers about to list so sellers can repair any issues that may not pass an inspection. I can’t say enough about Joe - terrific guy and inspector
