The story and music are just incredible! however, the animation is quite average. But its great and strong story made it one of the best anime so far.

I watch this show since my early childhood. I'm rating ti three stars . I would have definitely given 5 stars if the animator wouldn't had changed Ash's face after the DP series. well it seems a silly reason , right ? but if you compare the facial structure of the Ash of first fifth season and 23rd season you will find great difference between them . till kalos it was tolaratng but after kalos ! he was looking totally ridiculous !
