I donโt believe a full vegan diet is completely healthy. Iโve been a pescatarian for the last 10 years and Iโve seen major improvements in my health. Going from meat to vegan can throw your body into a funk and could be dangerous. You also have to be extremely smart in getting enough calories vitamins protein etc on a vegan diet. I still take a protein supplement hear and there to get enough protein , collagen for my skin, and a multivitamin to make sure I cover my bases. The vegan prepackaged stuff such as impossible meat, and vegan cheeses that they show are loaded with chemicals and sodium. If you plan on going full vegan, definitely get with a nutritionist or doctor , or do research and plan. Itโs not as easy as just waking up and going full vegan.
