There are more colors than white!! Every show has white kitchen cabinets and white rugs and white walls. Also ya need to up your predicted renovation costs for more of a cushion. It's 99% too low. That way you don't go over budget when a house surprises you with unexpected problems. Not saying yall don't do an amazing job within a month to 2 months but just constructive criticism is all. Keep up the good work.
