This subject is all but ignored by the Christian community. I am blessed that Shelly had the courage and took the time to write this book. As she mentioned, she is not a doctor or a physicist but she does have a lot of insight and has done her homework in writing this book. I would encourage anyone who has a friend or family member dealing with any form of mental illness, including anxiety and depression, to get this book. Also, I recommend the audio copy as it has songs attached that Jonathan wrote included.
