As a fan of Mr Grisham's novels the Reckoning was definitely different!
The use of historical facts from WW2 was mind blowing. The character of Pete reminded me of a gentleman I worked with in the early fifties, he never said a word that wasn't necessary, very quiet and considerate to others. I know he was a POW with the Japanese, don't know how long. This weekend we have remembered all the Armed Forces, especially those still active in working for 'world peace'...
