If this were even 5% accurate, the Comey Rule portraits a damning picture of Trump and those who blindly follow him. No doubt, Comey made some mistakes in multiple untenable situations. The Trump character was a little caricatural...like the real dude. Trump did succeed in bringing down the FBI to his level.
