I like the show and Chef Bobby Flay but… Usually the signature dishes of the chefs that contended Flay, are wrongfully evaluate by the judges. Flay wins with dishes that he has no idea what they are and the judges doesn’t know either. If you don’t know the ingredients and the recipe, how you criticize or made recommendations on the dish? No doubt that Bobby Flay is good chef but I think he wins more than he actually should wins. Regardless, I like very much Bobby, the chefs, the guest and the hosts comments… Hope someone take notes and pass it on!
