I was disappointed. Here was a chance to make an action adventure movie with Dungeons and Dragons connections and instead we got yet another campy movie that reinforces the stereotype that all D&D players are basement dwelling nerds. Other than higher production costs and more famous names, this movie is no better than those that came before. It is full of cliches, easily discernible plot, and, except for the Easter eggs, just a really bad film.
