After watching the movie "Kerala Stories," I was left feeling numb. The film portrays how people are manipulated and brainwashed to abandon their own religion and accept Islam through forceful tactics under the guise of love jihad. A year ago, I visited Kerala with my family and while traveling to Kanyakumari via Tamil Nadu, I was shocked that if I attempted to speak in Hindi, I was met with abusive language and disdainful treatment. Women from various religious backgrounds are being compelled to go to Syria and join ISIS. Where they are subjected to unimaginable horrors, such as being repeatedly raped by more than 20 men each day. I urge everyone to watch this movie and show their support. The people of Kerala need our support during these troubling times.
