It's a very clever and an extremely good movie . Literally first scene theke Gaye kata dicchilo. We get a lot of movies these days discussing about the achievements of National Heroes but this was different. It not only talks about the hero but also his supposed life after he gave up on his previous ideals. I could connect to him especially when he said that he's an orphan although he has a family and a refuge in his own country. It felt so painful to see him, to understand the agony he was going through as he saw his country independent but still so dependent. Anirbaan er character ta o khub well thought...khub Bhalo scripted. He's also Netaji, fighting his own battle with his Netaji Commission. I enjoyed the first half more and I remember amader hall e 2nd half er end e when Netaji sang the National Anthem , every one stood up.
So all in all , I think this has to be one of the best movies I have seen in a long long time- a movie that I feel connected to, not just as a Bengali but as an Indian.
