I actually play this movie to sleep every night, only as I know the dialogue and won't stay alert while I close my eyes. The musical accompaniment is beautifuly haunting and lends a wonderfully disturbing atmosphere, disjointed. At times blanketing though subtle. Also great times of warmth and hope. No big surprise that Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross were behind the music.
The movie builds a tension, and I do think that it troubled me in a good way. The unseen things. I'd rather not spoil it. I would think that this is one that is either likes or disliked. John M has one of the funniest insults lines, one that only he could pull off ****spoiler*** slightly
