This was such a beautiful movie. Although the beginning was unexpected, it played an important role in the overall storyline and was woven in thoughtfully throughout the film. The inclusion of Samoan dialogue without subtitles felt intentional—like a special touch for Samoan viewers to connect with the humor and culture on a deeper level. It added a unique and enjoyable layer to the experience. Huge credit to the directors, producers, and casting crew for bringing everything together so well. In remembrance of Pua—I’m sure he would be proud of how well this film is being received.
