Why ruin a classic? The actor playing Lucien needs a hair cut and doesnโt have the attractiveness nor sex appeal to play this role like Ryan Philippe did. There wasnโt enough interaction between Lucien and Annie and zero chemistry. I was getting tired of all those gay references. Please leave the classics alone if you cannot do them justice.
