I thought it was a great documentary and I’ve probably watched it 10 times already. I think the girls were sweethearts who were verbally abused by the Manager and the patrons. They deserved to be treated better and with a lot more respect. I know that the locals were miners living in the middle of nowhere and the pickins were slim when it came to females but those dudes were wrong in every way. Pikey, you are a looney asshole with anger issues and full of hate and you need therapy and to be institutionalized. Jamie, you need to get out of that place, start fresh somewhere else and be better. I hope everything you said to Lina was true and you found your daughter and have a relationship with her. Anthony, you need to go to rehab for alcoholism and get your shit together. Peter (manager), you are an asshole and you need to learn how to talk to and treat your staff better and you should never hold a management position anywhere. To the barmaids Stephanie and Lina, I hope you are living your best lives and enjoying every minute of it because you 2 deserve it. Especially after working there and being harassed and abused the way you were. You would’ve never been treated and talked to that way in our American Pubs. We respect our bartenders, waitresses, and hostesses. We also don’t treat our women that way either (most of us). I was disgusted by the behavior of almost everyone of those people in that bar. They all should be ashamed of themselves and have their asses beat! Grow up and quit drinking. I know that’s probably all there is to do there but damn!
