While the release of the sequel had me hyped, I would say it was ultimately disappointing to what I had expected it to be. Second film is "ok" but first film is still significantly better in my opinion. Overall, a greate premise but lack of originality or relevance on many details or scenes.
3/5:
- The idea of some cooperation wanting to buy Good Burger is a great spin off from the ending of the first movie (though this doesn't surface right away)
- Dexter's failed products seemed to be less relevant to the premise
- Ed's children could have been at least slightly different than Ed (Ed's personality and character should have remained unique)
- Main conflict (Ed selling good burger) seemed to not be clear until much later in the movie, leading to many relevant details being rushed
