Good cinematography and details, the repetitive curse and occult-depiction kind of story was received well. But the expressionless Harker is too unnerving to not bring mentioned, she could've done more and stronger in the simplest way, just like the "mother". The plot? Yes, this what makes me give the 3-star, it's fresh and different, newly brought up than ever. But the indecisive Harker from the beginning of the movie and her uncried tears of fears, are those what not let the other 2 stars to get in.
For someone who admires horror/thriller movies, this will give a new taste in its plot alone. But for those who don't, this will straight up be just a boring and slow burnt film that is too heavy to understand and too odd to entertain.
