I enjoyed it to an extent! Gothic, slow burn, macabre and visually stunning but very dark. Performances from Lily Rose Depp and Nicholas Hoult were good in my opinion, you can feel their dread and terror radiating on screen. The movie had elements of Woman In Black and even shades of Van Helsing in parts but I will say it is a slow burner which heavily relies on suspense and stong character performances as opposed to jump scares.
Nosferatu isn't how you'd imagine your average Dracula, very gruff wheezy voice which was annoying!
I can see why some folks found it a tad boring and slow paced as it isn't a conveniential horror movie per se and the sex/nudity was unnecessary at times.
Worth checking out but it won't be everyone's cup of tea.
