I recommended Dr. Burns' first book "Feeling Good" to my patients when I had a practice in Clinical Psychology in the 1970's and beyond. His statement that 65% of those who read his book experienced significant improvements without any further intervention was something that I also experienced. His new book, "Feeling Great" is even more effective. I highly recommend it.
