Great cast! Toes the line perfectly between meaningful storytelling and a lighter comic tone. Self aware humor that that points out flaws in various American social issues and does not punch down or get preachy. Some shows try to awkwardly address current events in a way that feels hamfisted or pandering. This series isn’t like that. It’s witty and the characters feel relatable.
