Some of the SFX were downright horrible. Didn't see much of the aliens but that wasn't necessary. Most of the characters you've seen before in just about every movie where someone or something takes over everything. Sadly the lack of privacy allegedly created by alien tech probably exists already. They didn't need aliens to create a totalitarian state but it's politically correct to do so. If there's nothing else to watch, make some popcorn and expect an ok story with an ok cast and not much else then you won't be disappointed.
