The name captured my attention, then started searching it, What’s Islamophilia!!! Also Why it’s a malady? Anyway, tried to be neutral, even though the author made me a party by his nonsensical overgeneralisation, my review will be just a question, I still don’t know what is Islamophilia, honestly. Cause people who aren’t Christians but still like the religion have never been called as having Christianophilia or for non Jewish who like the religion to be called as having Judiasimophilia and so on.
So, does Islamophilia, the book title— it has to be either really serious or really cheap” — what could be the context for such a flashy provocative word—has it been used because of the author’ own views towards muslims? Does He thinks anyone who has any views different to his own should be called out, cause they have a disease? And if this the case why did he think that publishing a whole book revolving around this idea or around shaming diversity in big societies, would be a good one!!!!!!! Still no context for using such a flashy provocative term.
As writers always leave part of themselves within the pages of their books, I hope you already got rid of your discriminative ra(i$t self while writing this book and kept a better version of yourself that have less sick ideas of dysfunctioning societies.
