One of the greatest movies ever made. A true masterpiece that should be seen by anybody at least once in their lifetime. It’s a long movie, but every bit of it keeps you glued to the story and screen. Tim Robbin’s and Morgan Freeman make a great team and are pure gold in this movie. Tremendous actors performing in a wonderfully narrated and acted story.

Great movie that brought all the characters together for a marvellous series of short stories. I believe it’s one of Walkens best performances as he was a tragic character who helped so many, but paid the price in the end with his life.

I remember watching the commercial promoting this movie and remember saying to myself that I had to see it. Opening night, the theatre sold out and people watched in complete silence as they couldn’t believe what they were watching. Superbly casted and beautifully made, this film sends wonderment in my body like no other. It has always been my favourite movie with all its twist, turns and torture Jacob had to face, I’ve never witnessed a movie that could grab my attention like this one. It was way ahead of its time and a true classic.
