Thoroughly enjoyed it because of Peter Drinklage absolutely heartbreaking and charismatic central performance. He is a natural and relatable leading man. Production design and photography are both to die for. The songs aren't particularly memorable but they fit easily into the narrative and there is just the right level of camp. Although a particular song set in the last, very different portion of the story, is unexpectedly moving. The very last scene left me questioning the pacing but, overall, I highly recommend this film

Excellent show- a lot of fun, recurrent horror, well cast guest stars and not parts. Michael Sheen is a joy and Tom Payne is just the right amount of endearing and exasperating for the lead. Regular support cast is also good, especially Aurora and Bethany I can’t understand why this was dumped when so many mundane and bland shows keep going The networks and streamers need to be more adventurous and this show keeps on giving new funny, scary and crazy performances and plot lines

Even at nearly 2 hours long we could have watched much more of this immersive story; It felt so satisfying to witness this "slice of life'. There is something so authentic being explored here, I found myself fascinated with each character in turn and wanting resolution to inner conflicts and family dynamics which were sometimes just alluded to in the stream of the narrative. I felt I was watching characters who brought full and complete back stories with them and who had complex and resonant inner lives. I liked that cliches and obvious opportunities for drama were avoided and, instead, characters were revealed in all their imperfect and authentic truth.
