One of my favorite movies from the 90's.
I would describe this movie as The Adjustment Bureau meets Inception.
Jennifer and Rufus have great chemistry and Kiefer once again shows off his acting skills that would eventually catapult him towards the beloved 24 series.
A must watch film for those who are into movies that are like: Strange Days, 13th Floor, 12 Monkeys, Matrix, Johnny Mnemonic, The Crow, etc.
