without Najwa forwarding the plot this show would be intolerable. She brings it up 100%. The gym exercises are hysterical...had me roaring with laughter. The subbing is excellent. Dubbing is a skill. They get a 95% for the dubbing choices. The show the umtimate in narcisism!!
