I wish I could give no stars! Just like everyone else I was charged before the free trial was over. I also cancelled because I didn’t have the time to look at it and did not set up an account or try the service. I tried to contact them. First of all there is no customer service number. Secondly, when you email them you get a response back after 3 days or more from EMMA asking vague questions that doesn’t address your issue. Then when you respond it takes a few more days for response. We all should get together and sue this company because this is unacceptable. I was also charged twice and I haven’t even tried the service! 😡
