If you watch the first three episodes and that's all. The yes this show is terrible and has no direction and is complete madness at times to truly understand what the show is trying to do. However If you don't give up after the first three episodes and watch as everything beautifully tied together you will be in for a treat I've heard all the criticisms of this show. Too dark,story is too a-wall, no clear direction. The point of this show is very clear show heroes in their most realistic form. Show teenagers struggle with a grasp on reality as the most troubling part of their lives is that much more difficult with people hunting you. And ultimately this show shows how truly magnificent a super hero show can be if you just use your imagination. This show is nothing like the original teen titans and quite frankly I think that's why most people hate it. They want everything to be the same as before,the thing I love about this show is that kind of destroyed that narrative. They wrote a new story and I love every bit of it.

This movie was everything I wanted it to be and a whole lot more. We are going to throw the re design out the window, and damnit I’m gonna say it, this movie would have been great either way. Unlike most people I actually was not mad about the first sonic redesign as I for one thought it was a fresh take, which despite popular belief is what a film adaptation is about. Now with that being said the movie is incredible and I couldn’t get over how good the characters looked in the redesign. Sorry for contradicting myself but well I can’t really help myself. The only complaint and this is a very very very small complaint, Is that I really was not sold on James Marsden’s character. People seem to treat him as a cult movie star, but In my honest opinion I thought his character was just very dry and didn’t really offer much to the story. Aside from maybe 4 or 5 scenes you could have done the whole film without him. This is not a knock on him, but more of a why?? As in why did we really need that character??

I was not impressed with the film, felt like a rip-off of Deadpool 2, or either kick ass movie, although then again i also despise DC, so my bias might be justified. I love Robbie and her rendition of Harley Quinn, however the rest of the cast (minus Obi-wan), were very bland to me, i don't really understand why the film is titled Birds of Prey, the Birds of Prey play little to no significance to the story.
