I really gave this movie the benefit of a doubt and hoped that it was not as bad as the ratings suggested. But it was actually worse than I anticipated. This space version of Lord of the flies, rehashed with a bit of an underdeveloped foundation story fails to capture the imagination. Perhaps it appeals to a younger audience. After all if you can be amused by watching makeup videos and the like, then this could be some ground breaking stuff for those who are so easily entertained and enthralled.
