As the son of a 'Blood 'n Guts WWII East End Londoner (who loved the Scotts as well as being a bobby) I had no problem understanding the strong accents (something many fellow Americans have trouble with). I also appreciated all the research the author and writers did for historical accuracy and making this series plausible. Sadly Netflix only runs through 5 seasons at this point and I don't subscribe to STARZ. I look forward to more seasons and episodes coming available. I have only one complaint; while most of the spoken French was subtitled, none of the Gaelic was subtitled into English. I would have liked to known what was being said in Gaelic. I also give the writers and cast credit for using as much as they did, Great Job!
