As someone who has listened to all the Alex cross audiobooks. The books were good at being pro-black and strength. This show goes straight to the black victim card. Aldis is a great choice for AC and does a good job overcoming the bad writing. The actor playing Sampson does great job. The most disappointing part of the show is probably the casting of nana-momma. Ryan Eggold is good in everything he does. I hope this show gets better. Alex Cross deserves the spotlight.
