I enjoyed the game untill I hit a game hindering bug. Upon doing some research, the bug has been in the game from launch. If you do not pick up" peace treaty idea" spawned for the quest "the prodigy's progress" save the game and leave it is not there when you reload. To my knowledge this is the only time to obtain this item. You can work around this by reloading an older save before the quest. My most recent save before this time takes me back 5 hours. Unfortunately that's enough for me to call it quits on this game.
