It's meant to be a lesson not to leave the parents and then send the kids to them after 15 years, they might be not the same. Other than that, it's for the age group 13-15 Internet-fame-hungry kids. generally not scary nor funny nor deep enough. Kind of a waste of time

I can't understand the negative reviews. The plot is pretty cool, the acting is great and still funny, nice twists here and there, and a lot of action. When it's a bit overdone, it serves the comedic effect and it's never too much. A very nice movie, in my opinion
