I do like the fact that it's an open minded series that we do not know everything, cause the truth is that we do not know everything, don't get me wrong I'm not saying that the devil is infact good but there are so many versions to the story of why he is a fallen angel and I wasn't there to witness it so who am I to judge? Anyway the portrayal is good but I think for fiction fans this isn't the series hence a star shy from my side but overall it brought the element of surprise and thriller lovers with the lives of investigators and detectives especially the complexity of their jobs so I'm a fan for that, still a bit funny that the devil helps, pun intended for somewhat like a parody, infact it's like a really good blend of drama mixed with parody. It did get out of hands with the fight to be God, for me that was the most stupidest thing ever but overall I think I enjoyed it both the thriller and drama aspect and the comical element. Although I cannot help but think if this show was an idea out of someone that specifically hates Christianity or just someone who has a lot of curiosity for the religion cause it was centered entirely on that religion, there are other religions in the world in which ultimately serves just one God in various names and methods but its one omnipresent being, it would've been really great to see that mix considering that the show encouraged the idea of damned souls being redeemable even those that didn't pray or worship God 24/7. Overall my rating is purely for the actual show sentiments aside, gripping storyline which had some predictable and some unpredictable elements, something to keep someone guessing and I think the main aim is to ultimately show people that everyone can change for the better considering the ending, it's basically just a message that everyone deserves a second chance to become good and for everything except the angel war of coarse, is a 4 stars from me.

A lot of people seems to really like this, I will admit the base of the story is heart warming and intriguing but the actual playout was not up to par, compared to the book I feel like there was a void of emotions especially in the teen roles and the story playout was very confusing, the way in which she happily accepted Jeremiah the second she found out he likes her, stays confusing when you can clearly see she would do anything for Conrad when he wants her or acts like he does atleast, the friendships and storyline all come to a great lesson in life but them they add more twists to a seemingly simple bittersweet love triangle which seems fast paced according to how this series was played out Perosnally, I feel if they wanted so many turns to this story the direction should've more like fast paced The back stories as well aren't very clear to grasp especially considering that 80% of the audience would be for teenagers adding complicated stories of the parents love life and even the "Laurel will always love Susannah" part which can be double meaning. This can mean Laurel would do anything for her best friend like a ride or die second chosen family or that there was a possible attraction between the two woman, yet again, confusing the generation on which story is the ice breaker Story was lovely altogether and was interesting enough to keep you wanting to watch the next episode but then again many parts were confusing

I will admit I originally thought this is one of those series where the first season is the best and then it does off but I'm happy to be wrong that the second season is amazing, the plot twists and even the ending was unique, sort of like the classical ending but it has its own style

I loved and enjoyed the storyline... It's not everyday you find a movie so close to reality and of topics many shudder to mention It's really a shame this could be the future many await as kidnapping young woman and holding them captive is very much a reality uptil now The emotions and behaviors that were portrayed is not what we expect out of movies but is very much a reality Jack's role was magnificent, who would've ever thought a child can play a role so very well and I can very well say Trembley will definitely be a role model to future child actors... He has my vote for the future Although I did feel it gave itself a look of a ducmentary more than a movie, although it was a happy ending but Old Nick was one character they never showed much about... Was he married, where did he vanish to, do they ever find him again and why did he kidnap Joy only... A lot of stuff which we cannot really find the reason to and a sneak peak of how Joy was actually captured would've made this movie a 5 stars It's a lively and heart touching story nonetheless and deserves recognition so it's still worth an award from my end

A job well done on the entire series... The whole layout and especially how children seem to have common sense that adults lack... A mysterious world but a straight forward message... The whole theme was the actual fun. You'd expect a flop when using such a risky theme which does not appeal to many but surprisingly it was what everybody loved Although the ending did not give much closure or explanations for the basic question like do the Baudelaires meet with the Quagmires, do the children ever find a home what happens to their fortunes in their future or even if the story really does end as it pushes one through an expectation from us for more... And it is this that I feel should there be more closure on... Are we to expect more to come in future??? Or are we to accept this is all their lives had to offer???
