I certainly understand the premise of the movie: there are various ways of "passing" in order to lead your life in the safest, socially acceptable way. One character is passing for white; the other character is passing for straight. I only wish their choices were conveyed with more happiness--if only even a little bit. The movie is artfully done to convey the premise, but, in my life, I have known far more white looking people than these two actresses.
