When you engage the captions they are out of sync. Most annoying. Not good for people with hearing deficits. Does anyome check this before release?

How Emma could stoop to a story such as this is sad to say the least. Think of what she did in her acting life.The whole notion is farcical. I lasted one minute.

I had to stop watching b/c they have no regard for people with disabilities like a hearing deficit. They have no option to use captions. The Americans with Disabilities Act should include movie makers like this one! But they don't.

What comes through for me is the very honest dialogue. It is so esoteric for me as an Italian by heritage. I am American and born here, but these gestures and facial expressions are well known to me. The interactions by the characters is far better than the plot itself. And the lead actress IMMA is astonishing in portraying the emotions of a woman in an Italian culture that traditionally viewed them thru a sexual lens. She is smart, sensitive, and vulnerable. In essence, I love her. P.S. Did IMMA'S hubby have a job? Or did he just play the sax and live off her?

I'm immediately suspicion when I see an IMDB rating of 9.3. Something is rotten in Denmark.

I left at Episode 4 when the Monsignor was lapping up the blood on the floor. And this same chapter had a dialogue session about what happens when you die. It was insufferable. Who is writing this stuff?
