Interesting case stories- takes the ' 10000 hours' school to another level. His core competence is Sports but examples from Nintendo to NASA make interesting reading though some don't really jell with the book's tag line. Nobody can dispute that multidisciplined, collaborative , T shaped individuals succeed in the real world . Definitely worth a read..

Great build up, no shattering climax,but keep thing boiling. 24 realistic hours without technicalities. An old fashioned 'big short' with how people actually would behave- self preservation. Enjoyed it..great characters.
